Hello, and thank you for considering me for your relationship in real estate!

Way back in my first professional career endeavors I was in the investment management business, holding numerous licenses as Registered Sales Assistant, Investment Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Client Relationship Manager at boutique and national investment advisory firms.  When I started my family, I let those licenses go and in the course of being a stay at home mom for a few years, also began a love of real estate.

I grew up in Southern California and have lived for numerous years in the South Orange County, West Los Angeles County and Ventura County areas so am pretty familiar with any area of the Southland you might want to ask me about.  I've now been a licensed Realtor for more than 8 years and have helped clients through many types of successful real estate transactions... Selling, Buying, Trust Sales, Probates, Divorce situations, Short Sale negotiations, Bank Owned Purchases, both working with first time buyers and sellers, and even more Luxury properties.  Currently I live in Simi Valley with my husband of over 16 years, and our boys, but have associates in all of the Keller Williams offices I might need access to, to successfully assist you no matter where you're located.

Someone recently asked me why I thought people come to me with their real estate business, and I told them I believed the main reason to be because I genuinely treat my clients as I would like to be treated myself.  I’m honest, I stay in close communication with them, I know the real estate contract, and I’m as enthusiastic about what they’re trying to do, as they are.

Buying or selling a house, as exciting as it can be, is also one of the most potentially overwhelming situations of a person’s life.   Other times it can just be very emotional, and I really take the time to listen to what people are saying, put myself in their shoes, and look out for them as a friend.

One of the reasons I got into this business is because I still remember what it was like to be on the other side of that desk with all that confusing paperwork.  Nobody took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on, and frankly I just didn’t understand it… so when I got my real estate license, man, I felt like one of the mysteries of the universe had been revealed to me!  I sincerely love to put people at ease, answer all of their questions, and explain every step along the way so that they can feel good about what they’re doing.

I love being a Realtor!  Please feel free to contact me directly via email, text or telephone... to see if we might be a good fit for working together on your upcoming transaction.  And if you found me through KKLA Radio... be sure to ask me about the pre-listing home inspection credit.

Sincerely,
Susan
